Our homes were built on the historical Chase Rose Gardens and you can still enjoy our rose garden in the arboretum and throughout the community. We offer the original Chase Family Home, built in 1937, as one of our unique clubhouses. You can shoot around in the billiards room, study in the library or even get "done up" at the Chase Salon.

With convenient transit solutions, our location offers the perfect chemistry for your access to Downtown, the U. of O., Eugene's bike trail system and the LTD express bus routes.
