We also require an Execution of Rental Agreement to be filled out by a leasing agent and signed by applicants to choose that specific apartment. Reservations cannot be completed until this agreement is signed.

There is a $200 reservation deposit required at the end of this application. If you cancel your application after paying this, all payments are non-refundable. Please make sure you have contacted the leasing office and chosen your apartment before paying. Thank you!
