|Recommended: YesBeautifully maintained, quiet, safe, friendly. An excellent choice for me — The area is beautiful, the grounds so very well kept. The tenents are quiet and friendly. The location is amazing with easy access to any store you can think of. Lots of river access, tons of parks and nearby hiking adventures. Several lakes in easy driving reach. About an hour to the ocean. The parking is plentiful however very tight between poles and other cars but I almost have that mastered. There is a gym and yoga studio on site, two pools, volleyball court And dogs are welcome The universe truely delivered this time around..

|Recommended: YesLiving experience — I have been living in Chase Village for over 5 years and I would say that this is the best place to live in Eugene. The service quality is very good. The environment is nice and people are friendly. I would recommend Chase Village to everyone who wants a nice place to live.

|Recommended: YesLovely Place To Live — I've had the easiest time transitioning here from my recent move. The grounds are beautiful and the people neighbors are friendly. Overall maintenance responds and fixes situations in a quick manner, and the staff in the office are very welcoming.

|Recommended: YesGreat property, even better management — Plenty of great green space and very nice facilities that are kept up well. I've stayed at four other apartment complexes, and the management here at Chase Village is the best I have ever had. I would definitely recommend staying here

|Recommended: YesDefinitely happy living here — We've had a great time living here The front office is very responsive to all concerns, which there aren't many and do whatever they can to fix things if necessary. There is so much green space, and it's in a nice area very close to campus and other walking hiking trails.
