Up to 999 rabbit/bunnys , 2 cats , 999 assistance/comfort animals , 999 birds , 2 dogs , 999 others , 999 reptiles allowed.
Weight limits: 75 lbs per dog
Pet Types
No breed or weight restrictions - maximum of two pets per apartment.
$40 rent/$400 additional deposit for cat
$60 rent/$500 additional deposit for dog
Pets must be on leashes outside of the apartment and not tied to patios, trees or left outside unattended. Resident is financially responsible for any and all damage. Resident agrees to clean up after pets.
